Brilliant Barter Auctions is pleased to offer FREE delivery for all items sold in this auction.

Delivery Area

Free delivery is available within a 25-mile radius of Westland, Michigan.

This area generally includes (but is not limited to) the following nearby cities and towns:

Ann Arbor, Canton, Livonia, Plymouth, Northville, Novi, Farmington Hills, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Garden City, Inkster, Taylor, Romulus, West Bloomfield, Redford, Wayne, Ypsilanti, Southfield, Allen Park, and Lincoln Park.

If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us before bidding to confirm delivery availability.

Delivery Details

Items will be dropped off in the garage or driveway only.

Our delivery team will not bring furniture inside the home or perform setup or assembly.

This policy allows us to complete multiple deliveries efficiently within the scheduled timeframe.

Additional Notes

Please ensure there is clear access to your driveway or garage on the delivery day.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or unavailability, a rescheduled delivery fee may apply.

Inspection Times

Items on auction are available for inspection from the time they are listed online for viewing & pre-bidding until the close of business on auction day.

Factory Pictures:

The first picture for most items are a factory picture and are meant for illustration purposes only. Please rely on other pictures, item description, and personal inspection for actual condition and included accessories or parts.

Item conditions:

New – Retail Ready, New in box, includes manuals, remotes, accessories where applicable.

Unused – Opened, does not appear to ever be used, may not be in original packaging, may not include manuals, remotes, or accessories.

Slightly Used – Opened, maybe used once or twice, minimal signs of wear.

Used – Item has been visibly used, typically works as it should, see description for additional details.

Parts or Repair – Item is in non-working condition and needs to be repaired or used for parts.

All high bids are considered legally binding contracts, and all sales are final. All items are sold "as is where is", with NO guarantee, warranty, or possible refund written, expressed, or implied. The working/running condition of an item may not be known and may not always be listed in the items description. Sometimes we do know and list the condition of the items, but many times do not. Please note that all sales are final regardless of the purchase items condition, unless the discretion of a Brilliant Barter manager deems differently.

All items sell AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS and with no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. All sales are made on an AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS basis. All buyers are urged to physically inspect the item prior to bidding during the inspection period. No bids can be withdrawn once submitted before, during or after the auction for any reason. BUYER agrees that these terms as well as all other terms set forth below, can be amended or revised only in writing, signed by the auctioneer. BUYER also agrees that any oral representation made by LiquidBidding.com or its agents shall not modify these "AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS" terms. BUYER understands that any description given, written on the equipment, or advertised by any other means is not guaranteed, and BUYER will rely entirely on their own inspection. All information and descriptions contained in advertising this sale are believed correct, but no responsibility is assumed by LiquidBidding.com, or Seller for any errors or omissions.

All bidders will be subject to 6% State of Michigan Sales Tax. If you are tax exempt, provide our office with the documentation required for exemption.

Sales tax is calculated on total sales price which includes Buyer's Premium (therefore Buyer's Premium is also taxable). Please refer to further explanation under the Other Info/Links section of each item.

If we made a picture or a description mistake customer could return within 10 days of pickup. Keep in mind that the factory picture cannot be used as a reason for a refund as it is used for illustration purposes only. 

For the rest of the items there NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. All items sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with all faults.

All Auctions must be paid and picked up within 8 days of the auction.  

All the regularly scheduled online auction items are located here at our office at: 40555 Koppernick Rd, Canton MI. 

All items purchased on the regular online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 8 days from the auction date. After this 8 day period if your invoice has not been both paid for and picked up, an automatic $2 per lot/per day storage fee will be added to your invoice and will be subject to being resold at the high bidder’s expense. After 2 weeks from the date of the auction (NOT from the date paid or picked up) no adjustments can be made on the invoice with regards to any item purchased on the auction and upon this time full payment is also still required regardless of the condition or the availability of the item.
